📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the restaurant's standards and customer requirements.,Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in the kitchen.,Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked to the correct temperature and served in a timely manner.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Assist in the training and development of junior kitchen staff.,Participate in kitchen maintenance and cleaning activities.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in the development and implementation of the kitchen's daily operations plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven experience in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.,Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
