📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage services, staff management, and inventory control.,Ensure the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance.,Lead and mentor the restaurant's staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve the restaurant's strategic objectives.,Ensure the restaurant's image and reputation are maintained and enhanced.,Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant's facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Proven experience in budgeting, financial management, and operational planning.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Experience with marketing and customer relationship management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
