As a Junior Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate department.,Check-in and check-out guests according to hotel policies and procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and information.,Handle front desk transactions, including payments and refunds.,Assist with room assignments and ensure guest satisfaction.,Perform general administrative tasks as needed.,Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the reception area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferred but not required).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with basic computer software and hotel management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Willingness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.
