📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve store performance targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Familiarity with sales and marketing principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
