📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer specifications.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Train and mentor junior cooks and kitchen staff.,Ensure high standards of food hygiene and safety.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Monitor food costs and ensure efficiency in kitchen operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lead Cook or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.,Valid food handling certificate and other relevant certifications.
