📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Design and implement learning and development programs aligned with company goals.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities.
• Develop and deliver training materials, including workshops, webinars, and online courses.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning initiatives into business strategies.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Manage and mentor a team of learning and development professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning programs.
• Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
