📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control process for coffee products,Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards,Train and mentor junior QC staff,Collaborate with production and sales teams to address quality issues,Maintain accurate and detailed quality control records,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control in the coffee industry,Strong knowledge of coffee quality standards and certifications,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools,Familiarity with industry regulations and standards,Ability to travel for business purposes
