📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the SOZO Skin Clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage the clinic's schedule, including booking appointments, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring timely service delivery.
• Provide personalized attention to clients, addressing their skin care needs and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including hygiene and safety protocols.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Monitor and analyze clinic performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working condition.
• Provide training and support to the clinic's team, fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as dermatology, cosmetology, or healthcare management.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical or managerial role within the beauty or healthcare industry.
• Certification in skin care or beauty therapy is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with clinic management software, such as Practice Fusion or EMR.
• Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies, with the ability to develop and implement effective campaigns.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
