📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end air freight import operations, including booking, scheduling, and tracking shipments.
• Coordinate with international carriers, airlines, and customs brokers to ensure smooth cargo flow.
• Prepare and manage cargo documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including customs and import/export laws.
• Monitor and optimize shipping costs, while maintaining high service standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in air freight logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in air freight import operations or a similar role.
• Proficient in using logistics management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid SIM (International Air Transport Association) certification is a plus.
