📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Outlet Manager in managing daily store operations,Oversee the sales team and ensure they meet their targets,Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are optimal,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved satisfactorily,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies,Assist in the training and development of staff,Ensure the store is clean and well-maintained

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently
