📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update job postings on company websites and job boards.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback on candidates.,Assist in onboarding new hires and provide support during the first few weeks.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Assist in the preparation of reports and data related to recruitment activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or related roles.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other recruitment tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
