📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Assist in the development of training programs,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records,Handle employee benefits and compensation,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with medical or healthcare industry is a plus
