📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and networks,Provide technical support to staff and users,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software,Monitor and maintain IT security measures,Assist in the development and maintenance of IT documentation,Participate in IT projects and initiatives,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies,Ensure the availability and reliability of IT services

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field,1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role,Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks,Familiarity with IT security best practices,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
