📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records are maintained.,Conduct regular audits of logistics operations to identify areas for improvement.,Manage a team of logistics staff and ensure they are trained and motivated to perform their duties effectively.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the logistics industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management systems and best practices.,Ability to travel as needed for logistics operations.
