- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure using tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, and Nagios
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly and efficiently
- Implement and maintain network security measures
- Provide excellent customer support and communication
- Document all network activities and incidents
- Participate in on-call duties and incident response
- Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies and trends
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our network operations
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in network operations or a similar role
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate are a plus
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies
- Experience with network monitoring tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios
- Experience with incident management tools like ServiceNow
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
