📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet quarterly targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including dealerships, automotive service centers, and individual customers.
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers to ensure they make informed purchasing decisions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Manage and track sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent technical knowledge of automotive parts and services.
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
