Cloudflare is seeking a highly experienced Principal Partner Account Manager to join our Service Provider team in EMEA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key partner relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a global team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow key partner relationships in the EMEA region.,Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and account management.,Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support.,Develop and implement partner account strategies to achieve business objectives.,Provide regular updates and reports on partner performance and market trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Partner Account Manager or similar role in the IT or telecommunications industry.,Strong understanding of the Service Provider market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, with additional language skills a plus.,Experience with CRM systems and account management tools.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
