Fast Shine Pratama is seeking a dedicated Senior Outlet Staff to join our team in Sanur, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our outlet operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily outlet operations including opening and closing procedures.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the outlet.,Provide excellent customer service to both walk-in and online customers.,Handle inventory management and restocking as needed.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Monitor sales performance and report to the management team.,Coordinate with the delivery team for efficient order fulfillment.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the outlet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the retail or service industry.,Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems.,Proficient in using computers and common office software.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 kg.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
