📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and operational standards.,Implement and monitor inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in inventory management software and systems.,Knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping goods.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations is a plus.
