📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing daily retail operations, including inventory control and sales tracking.
• Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or consumer products environment.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
