• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure using tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, and Nagios
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly and efficiently
• Implement and maintain network security measures
• Provide excellent customer support and communication
• Document all network activities and incidents
• Participate in on-call duties and incident response
• Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies and trends
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our network operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in network operations or a similar role
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate are a plus
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies
• Experience with network monitoring tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios
• Experience with incident management tools like ServiceNow
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
