📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement regional tax policies to maximize revenue collection and ensure compliance.
• Lead a team of tax professionals in the formulation, analysis, and implementation of tax strategies.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of tax operations to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with government departments and stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of tax policies.
• Monitor and report on tax performance metrics to the provincial government.
• Stay updated with national and international tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Represent the Bangka Belitung Provincial Government at national and international tax forums and conferences.
• Provide strategic advice to the provincial government on tax-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in tax policy development and implementation, with a proven track record in leading tax teams.
• Certification in tax management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of regional tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in using tax management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
