In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and supervising the installation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. You'll work closely with contractors, architects, and project managers to ensure that all systems are installed according to specifications and safety standards. Your daily tasks will include site inspections, quality control, and coordination with various stakeholders to meet project deadlines.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the installation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems on construction sites.
• Supervise a team of MEP technicians and ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress and quality of MEP work.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and project managers to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Ensure that all MEP systems meet industry standards and safety regulations.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on best practices and safety protocols.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on the status of MEP work to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure that MEP systems are integrated seamlessly into the overall construction project.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP site engineering and supervision.
• Certification as a Site Engineer or Supervisor from a recognized institution (e.g., BSI, ISO).
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP design software.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
