📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize daily operations of the contract logistics division, ensuring adherence to KPIs and service level agreements.
• Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 logistics professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Implement and monitor warehouse management systems using SAP and JDA, ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Represent People Profilers at industry events and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics operations management, with a proven track record in contract logistics.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies.
• Proven experience with SAP and JDA warehouse management systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a global perspective.
